The constant and incessant flow represents life, with its continuous transformations and evolutions.
Observing a flowing river is an emotional experience that connects with deep roots and makes us reflect on the transience of time and the beauty of impermanence. The sound of flowing water, the light that reflects on its surface and becomes itself a sound experience with mystical facets. Water carries the marks of time,
the scars of history and past people. But it never stops, it keeps flowing, smoothing and crumbling.

Three consonants panic rooms, works on the timbre aspect that is created through the singing of three consonants such as R, S and T.
Every single gesture of the instruments tries to reproduce timbres that mix and interact with the sound produced by the singing, as if to blend together and create a single timbre, even if the gestures really remain distinct from

each other, and well recognizable, both for the peculiarity of each single gesture, and for the timbre peculiarity of each instrument making up the trio.

From a formal point of view, the piece is divided into three movements (three rooms) each characterized by the work on a different consonant, which is represented through gestures that try to highlight its main sound characteristics.

Pensiamo per un attimo ai binari di un treno: vanno sempre nella stessa direzione e non si intersecano mai. Ecco un esempio molto calzante di linee parallele. Queste mantengono sempre la stessa distanza, e in questa definizione troviamo l’apoteosi della convenzionalità. Andiamo semplicemente da un punto ad un altro, senza danno né sorpresa. Nel nostro viaggio invece, la frattura è un'interruzione nella continuità in linee e sentieri dove il percorso non è mai stabile, ma varia in modo inaspettato, a volte pauroso, ma sempre imprevedibile. L’idea che sta alla base di questo lavoro, parte con una staticità che viene fratturata nel corso della composizione da inserti che si intersecano fra le parti, rompendo la continuità e dando pressioni sonore via via più ampie. La percezione dell’ascoltatore viene colpita da frammenti puntuti apparentemente in ordine casuale, ma che hanno, invece, un’architettura precisa e puntuale, volta però all’instabilità, che diventa il collante dell’intera opera.

Il percorso quindi si fa maggiormente dinamico, che, come in una metafora della vita stessa, ne rende bene la ciclicità. Il finale potrebbe sembrare un punto di arrivo, un obiettivo raggiunto, ma in realtà è un momento di cambiamenti. Da atmosfere eteree e rarefatte, la metafora della fine, anche se a volte non è facile spiegare le diverse situazioni di vita, può sostituire simboli ed immagini che rimandano ad altro e trasformano l’esperienza in qualcosa di nuovo.
